当地时间25日中午考察团抵达塞浦路斯拉纳卡Larnaca国际机场，并于当晚同CASA大学校长会面，双方就合作办学展开商讨。26日及30日，考察团分别前往首都尼科西亚大学University of Nicosia及在拉纳卡的INTERCOLLEGE新校址进行参观，对上述院校的地理位置及硬件设施等有了进一步了解。通过同INTERCOLLEGE国际合作教育顾问Evros Consolos先生的深入交谈及了解，双方最终达成合作办学意向，包括丰良学院将作为INTERCOLLEGE分院，培养大学生；双方互派留学生及教师，塞方为中方留学生提供欧盟（本科、硕士研究生）国际学位及证书等。此外，考察团同塞浦路斯投资促进会会长及该国旅游协会领导会谈，共商投资及教育合作事宜。
On 24th June, 2008, the Chinese Investment and Educational delegation to Cyprus (the founder of Fengliang (International) ArtCollege, Mr. Yu Jinggan, vice-principal Dr. S. Murad and China Radio International reporter Ms. Kong Jiajia), departed from Beijing Capital International Airport, starting the five-days’ visit to Cyprus.
Local time 25th noon, the delegation arrived at Larnaca International Airport, Cyprus and met with the president of CasaUniversity, and discussed the cooperation of running a school. On 26th and 30th, the delegation visited University of Nicosia in Nicosia (the capital city of Cyprus), and the new campus of Intercollege in Larnaca city. They got to know more about the location and teaching facilities. Through in-depth discussion with Educational Consultant for Overseas Development Mr. Evros Consolos, the two sides reached an agreement about co-running the college, including authorize Fengliang (International) Art College as a branch of Intercollege, cultivate qualified college graduates to exchange students and teachers, Intercollege will provide graduates international degree and diploma which is recognized by EU. Besides, the delegation also met with Director General Mr. Sotiris Sotiriou and authorities from Green Movement – Green Echo, talking about the investment and co-education.
On June 28th, the President of Cyprus Mr. Demetris Christofias and Mrs. President kindly met the delegation in his villa, the founder Fengliang (International) ArtCollege, Mr. Yu Gong and vice-principal Dr. S. Murad presented the finely made lacquer ware of Fengliang Daqifang Workshop as a gift. President highly praised Fengliang’s public welfare programme and accepted the invitation to visit Fengliang (International) ArtCollege if he comes to visit China.
In addition, the Mayor of Limassol also met the delegation, kindly and warmly he welcomes the Chinese delegation come to conduct educational and tourism cooperation.
